"Wired Magazine calls "snack-size media," and the hyper-personalization of online communication has led to new formats (micro-blogs, widgets, feeds, texting, etc.) that challenge long-held marketing conventions." And here I was trying to cut down on snacks of any kind.

With all these huge shifts, I am on a crusade to promote the use of Project Management principals and project management tools in marketing environments to manage Web2.0 projects effectively. We are fans of Vertabase - http://www.vertabase.com/news-project-management-software.html. They do a good job of using social networking tools in a strong project management SaaS tool. At your firm do you use Project Management software?
