Regarding your statement "Roger Martin, dean of the Rotman School of Management and father of the concept of "integrative thinking," I think you will find I developed the concept of "integrative thinking" and the training tools for learning it well before the sort of "integrative thinking" Roger Martin writes about. We are not connected in any way and I have considerable reservations about his approach.
